Terms & Conditions of Use for the kis88 Platform

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kis88 platform — including the website, mobile application, or any related service — you clearly indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. kis88 reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest terms before continuing to use the platform.

Continued use of the kis88 platform after any amended terms are published is considered acceptance of those amended terms. Notice of material changes will be delivered via email or in-platform notification.

To register and use the kis88 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the date of registration and throughout continued use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition on using gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• Not be currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration.

Each individual is only permitted one account at kis88. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. kis88 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time in the form of a copy of an identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant official document.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their account username and password. kis88 recommends that users:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of the account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact the support team immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access.

kis88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that occurs as a result of the user's negligence in maintaining the security of their login information. Users agree that any activity carried out through their account is considered authorised, unless the user has first reported their account as compromised to the support team.

kis88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same user's name. Transfers of funds between different user accounts are prohibited. kis88 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction deemed suspicious or requiring further verification.

Account balances that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administration fee. Users will be given advance notice before any fee is applied. Funds in a closed account will be returned to the account holder in accordance with the established identity verification procedure.

All amounts on the platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Cryptocurrency transactions will be converted to RM based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

All bonuses and promotions offered by kis88 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Users are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any offer.

Welcome Bonus: A 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,500 is offered to eligible new members. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100 and your total balance is RM200. You need to complete wagering totalling RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. If you deposit RM3,200, the maximum bonus is RM1,500 and your total balance is RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

Other bonus offers such as weekly cashback through the VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers) have their own conditions. The cashback rate for each tier is as stated in the promotions section of the platform. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash and must be wagered according to the specified requirements.

All bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee any returns. kis88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the kis88 platform — including online slots, live casino, and the sports and betting section — are operated in accordance with their respective rules set by the game developers and providers. Users agree to comply with those rules.

Game outcomes produced by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed. For live games, results given by the live dealer are also final once the round is complete. Any technical disruption that occurs during a game will be handled in accordance with the relevant game policy.

The kis88 platform also offers sports betting including odds, mix parlay, and various sports markets. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in situations where a match is cancelled or postponed, subject to the applicable betting terms.

kis88 reserves the right to void any bet or game involving a significant technical error, system disruption, or any unusual circumstance that affects the integrity of the game.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the kis88 platform:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, illegal collusion between players, or game manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or abusing promotions in an unfair manner.
• Distributing content that is offensive, incites harm, or violates any law.
• Attempting to access systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of related balances and winnings, and appropriate legal action based on the severity of the violation.

The kis88 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Although kis88 endeavours to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from technical errors, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kis88 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by users, including but not limited to loss of funds, unrealised winnings, or service disruption.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk. Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions and any financial consequences arising from their use of this platform.

Should any dispute arise between a user and kis88, the following steps must be followed:

Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except in urgent situations where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be considered severed from these terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

kis88's failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right. All rights not expressly granted to users under these terms are reserved by kis88.
